Review: My mother and grandfather advocated hard for us to hire Percell. We were told by both that he does good work and they felt it was important to support black businesses. Now, I won’t lie and say he did bad work. He did a good job of getting the tree down but it took several follow up calls/text messages within about 2-3 weeks before he came back and took care of the stump. The job was for my grandparents and he completed it today. Upon completion he sends my mother the most unprofessional message, unprovoked. Had he been up front and let us know that there was an issue we would have been more than happy to take our money and invest in other options. We chose to go with him in support of black businesses and learned a hard lesson. Percell does good work but it doesn’t amount to much if he can’t properly communicate issues. Simply unprofessional.Services: Tree stump removal, Tree removal

Review: Thankful for the work Percell Tree Service completed. I called multiple companies and none of them showed the responsiveness and professionalism that Mr. Percell showed. He provided a fair estimate and supplied me with an insurance certificate. The trees were removed within a day! No more leaves or berries in my driveway! Thank you! Highly recommended
